Product
Availability & Substitutions
- Some products may be limited in availability. If an item is out of stock, we reserve the right to contact you for alternatives or cancel the item from your order.
- In case of substitutions, we will only provide products of equal or higher value (with your approval).
Cancellations
& Modifications
- Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they are processed.
- Once an order is dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
- We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.
Returns
& RefundsReturns
