Home Delivery Across Saudi Arabia

We provide fast and reliable home delivery to all major cities and regions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. All orders are processed and delivered through trusted courier partners to ensure a smooth and secure shipping experience.

Required Delivery Details

To ensure successful delivery, customers must provide the following information at checkout:


Note: As per Saudi regulations, shipments without a valid National Address may be delayed or rejected by the courier.

Shipping Fees

  • Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam & Major Cities: 1–3 business days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days
  • Peak Seasons & Holidays: Delivery may take slightly longer

*Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and/or email with your tracking number*


Order Processing

  • Standard Delivery: SAR 15 For orders less then SAR 100
  • Free Delivery: For orders above SAR 100
  • Remote Area Charges: Additional fees may apply depending on location (courier-defined)


Delivery Attempts

Couriers will make up to 2 delivery attempts. If the courier cannot reach you:

The package may be returned to the nearest branch for pickup or will be returned to our warehouse for rescheduling (additional charges may apply).

Please keep your mobile number active and reachable.



Unsuccessful Deliveries

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or during weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

DELIVERIES MAY FAIL DUE TO:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Unreachable mobile number
  • Refusal to receive the order
  • Missing National Address details
